Search for your lost super now

One in two working Australians now has a "lost" super account. The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) annual report for 2006/07 shows that there are 6.1 million lost accounts, totalling $11.9 billion.

Could you have lost super?

If you have changed jobs, addresses or names, you could be listed on the ATO's Lost Members Register. This is a list of people who super funds have reported to the ATO as lost.

Find your lost super

The ATO has a free service called SuperSeeker which searches the Lost Members Register and other tax records to reunite you with your lost super. You need to provide your:

  • name
  • date of birth
