Notes

The returns displayed above for the Core Strategy investment option may not be the return used if you switch or withdraw from the Core Strategy. When you switch or withdraw your benefits, the crediting rate that is normally used is the rate obtained from the latest valuation that has been loaded onto the administration system at the time that your transaction is processed.

For REST and Acumen, the earning rates for the years ended 30 June 2008 to 30 June 2011 differed from the crediting rate due to adjustments to the reserves. For the year ended 30 June 2007, the crediting rate was the earning rate. For years ended 30 June 2006 and earlier, the earning rates differed from the crediting rates as adjustments were made to reserves.

For Pension, the earning rates for the years ended 30 June 2008 to 30 June 2010 differed from the crediting rates due to adjustments to the reserves. For the year ended 30 June 2011, the crediting rate was the earning rate.

Returns are shown after the deduction of investment management fees and tax on investment earnings. Pension options are untaxed. The latest returns are not annualised.

The unit prices reflect the estimated performance of each investment option after the deduction of investment management fees and tax on investment earnings. Pension options are untaxed. Unit prices are generally declared on a twice-weekly basis or at month's end.

If there is a discrepancy between the returns and unit prices on this website and what is on REST's administration system, figure(s) on the administration system will apply.
