Unit Prices

When investing in a Rest investment option you’re buying units in that option. The value of your super, Rest Pension Transition to Retirement (TTR) or retirement account will change depending on the current sell price. Your member statement will show your account balance as a dollar value and as a number of units.

Unit pricing and investment performance for Rest Pension TTR accounts is now the same as Super unit pricing and investment performance. This reflects changes to tax rules from 1 July 2017 which require investment returns on TTR accounts to be taxed at 15% per annum. TTR members should refer to Retirement account investment performance and unit prices for return information prior to 1 July 2017.
