Our Board
Our board is made up of both employer and employee representatives from the retail industry. Directors don’t get paid for their duties – they are there solely in the interests of our members.
Speaking on your behalf
Four directors are nominated on behalf of employees by the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association (SDA). The other four directors are nominated by and represent employers and employer associations. They currently comprise three major employers participating in REST, and the Australian National Retailers Association. This means that employees and employers are equally represented.
